Voice and Piano Lessons

Kimberly teaches music lessons to students of all ages and levels in the Theater District and online. She strives to provide a joyful and inclusive learning environment in her studio.

Voice: Kimberly has studied with some of the most sought-after singing teachers in international opera and Broadway and hopes to pass on the tradition she has learned to her students. Goals for students of all styles are building healthy, age-appropriate vocal production and technique, musicality, and musical knowledge. For younger singers, she incorporates Kodály and Orff training into lessons in order to build foundational musical skills.

Piano: Kimberly studied with concert and collaborative pianists and teaches a traditional method rooted in sound and functional musicianship. She and has taught both private lessons and class piano to children of all ages. Primary goals are developing a healthy technique, artistry, musicianship and theory knowledge, and the abilities to read and sight-read well. With these skills her students are prepared for advanced study and a lifetime of music-making.
